Does anybody know the URL for the Prentice Hall Chemistry Teacher's Edition?

Last year some people knew the URL, for the Biology Textbook which gave more explanation as to why and how certain things were said. As in most books, the book can be quite vague. I just wanted to know if anybody knew the URL.
