I would try your school's bookstore,
It _looks_ like you could get it here: http://www.pearsonhighered.com/educator/鈥?/a>
But if you click "Buy from myPearsonStore" ( http://www.mypearsonstore.com/bookstore/鈥?/a> ) they say it is not for sale, but apparently they will sell it bundled with Engineering Mechanics: Combined Statics %26amp; Dynamics, 12th Edition for about $230, if you already have the statics only edition you many not want to buy the combined edition.
It looks like it is common to bundle the access code with the hard copy book, did you buy a used copy? again, I'd ask the book store for help.Where can I get an online textbook access code for Prentice Hall Engineering Mechanics Statics 12 th edition?
Click on this link and you will have a list of prices: http://www.usedtextbookprices.com/book-i鈥?/a>
There is only one bookstore selling it as a etextbook and it's $69.60. You can buy it new for $45 and then resell it at the end of the semester to save more money.
