My friend went on a date with a girl. She told him she was 15 and he is 16. They got caught by her dad making out with in the back of a car. Her dad said he was going to register my friend as a sex offender because his daughter is actually thirteen. Can he do that? The girl lied about her age, and volentarily kissed him.
