Im nervous about having sex but have already done it before?

I have had sex with one girl quite alot and was very nervous for the first few times, I'm now planning with another girl but feel very nervous about it. Does any one have any tips to help me get over being nervous? Thanks.Im nervous about having sex but have already done it before?When you have been dating somebody and are planning to have sex with them for the first time it is always a time for nervous anxiety to take over a small bit; you plan it so much and you worry about if they will enjoy it, how good will you be, is it the right place and time to do it and hundreds of other questions. However you have to remember that she will probably be worrying about the same things as you!



First time sex with a new partner is never (there are always exceptions to the rules) the best. Must people accept this- once you get to know each others bodies, what pleases them and they know what pleases you, it gets better.



All i can suggest is to make sure that you take your time over the foreplay; kissing, caressing,ect before the final act is undertaken - this will (should) reinforce your relationship and even if the 'act' itself is not all fireworks the first time, at least it will have been pleasurable and the second, thrid, fourth ....... times will get better.Im nervous about having sex but have already done it before?
Do not be nervous, make sure you guys both want this to happen.Also make sure you both understand what can happen if you have un-protected sex. Babys are a big responsiblity.

Im nervous about having sex but have already done it before?I remember I was really nervous before having sex with the second guy I was with. But I told him I was nervous and he was cool with that and admitted to being nervous himself, even though I wasn't his first either. It's always slightly nerve-racking with a new partner-you don't want to do anything to mess it up etc.

All I can recommend is you try and relax, it's possible that she'll be nervous too. Don't worry about it and don't rush into it if you're not ready.Im nervous about having sex but have already done it before?
