How can i feel comfortable talking to a male therapist about sex?

I recently need to see a male therapist because my feeling for my former female therapist is too strong and i am scare to talk to this male therapist about sex. How can i feel comfortable talking to him about that? How can i feel comfortable talking to a male therapist about sex?Don't, if you dont have to. Switch to another female Dr. ( or one who makes you feel comfortable). I have had this problem and you can't get anything accomplished talking with someone you don't feel comfortable with. I tend to kind of say what they want to hear, rather than what I really think if I feel akward. Good luck! How can i feel comfortable talking to a male therapist about sex?
Just close your eyes, take a deep breath, and say what you have to say. It's only going to be for your own benefit... let it out!How can i feel comfortable talking to a male therapist about sex?i think you should ask him how would he feel if you asked him some questions about sex or just act like he's one of your friends that you talk to i mean just go in relaxed and explain that's what he's there for.
hes heard it all before, just go ahead and talkHow can i feel comfortable talking to a male therapist about sex?You need to feel comfortable. Find another therapist who is female, and possibly not as pretty as the last one. The male therapist will understand. How can i feel comfortable talking to a male therapist about sex?
just look at him as an expert.

and start with yourself if your not comfortable to talk about it i'm sorry to be frank but if your not comfortable then you shouldn't be doing any act of it!

be comfy with yourself first then it will be easier to talk to anyone! it is okay to be slightly scared!

Good luck
you can always request another female therapist or just remember that it is just his job and it isn't anything personal. How can i feel comfortable talking to a male therapist about sex?
Yikes! Just see a female therapist.
By remembering this person IS a Professional.
It's a job. If he is serious about his career he's not gonna judge you or think sexual things when he sees you.
you have to breath close yur eyes and think of someone you would be comfotable talking to he will understnd that you do that its normal!
just say it. if you dont, your only hurting yourself. he's heard all the stories. i mean, what will he do? nothing but help you.
You just have to understand that he's just doing his job. It's kinda like seeing a male gyno... not the most comfortable thing, but at the end of the day he's seen about 1000 vaginas in his life and it's no big deal to him, you know? Your therapist is there to help you.

Give him a chance, you might find that you're stressing over nothing. However, if you feel uncomfortable after the first session, just look for a new therapist. I went through about 3 before I found one I could open up to. They're not offended by it. They understand that you have to have a special connection with them before you're able to let your true self out.
HONEY DONT FEEL BAD.......its his job and he is so there to help!!!!he wants you to ask him this type of stuff but its not relating to male hormones its relating to him doing his job..hes not there to make you feel pressured....take your time and ask him whenever you feel confotable to ask..ASK!!!

if you have any other questions ask your male companion..your parent...or a really good friend you can trust!!!
Why do you need to see these therapist?

After you answer this for yourself, then you may have a leg up on the next step.
I am sure he has heard it all. A good therapist will not pass judgement. just listen and get you pay attention to yourself.
he deals with stuff like that all the time just let it all go forget about everything and pretend its your best friend someone you do feel comfortable talking to
Just remember that he is a therapist. This is his job. He doesn't feel awkward about it, so you have no reason to either. You could even mention to him that you feel nervous. He is there to help, not to judge you.
