How do I cite this book for my report? Please help?

I am taking a psychology class. It's been many years since I've been in school and I desparatly need help. I am writing my first paper. One of the requirements is that I use information out of our textbook and cite it accordingly. This is an APA style paper.



The problem I am having is that the text book is a custom edition prepared exclusively for J. Sarg. (the school I go to). Excerpts for the book are taken from Feldman, Robert. Development Across the Life Span, 4th Edition, Upper Saddle River NJ: Prentice Hall, Inc. 2006. Since the book is actually composed of exerpts from another book, I don't know how to cite it. The only other information I have about my text other than what is mentioned above is when, where and who published it.
