What's the difference between premarital sex/homosexuality and killing, stealing?

why do some people think is ok to have premarital sex or to be homosexual or even commit adultery but at the same time they think it's wrong to kill and steal? if premarital sex is ok, how come killing is wrong? does the bible say anything like that?What's the difference between premarital sex/homosexuality and killing, stealing?The difference between premarital sex/homosexuality and killing/stealing is that the first two don't hurt other people and are consensual acts. The last two do hurt other people, their families, and society. They are also acts committed against other people and are forced upon them.
